- 1 pound beef cubes
- 1 pound boneless pork chops, center cut, or
other trimmed pork, cubed
- 32 ounces ketchup
- 1/2 to 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- few dashes hot sauce, optional
- Put all ingredients in crockpot; cover and
cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours, until meat is
very tender.
- Check occasionally and add more water as
necessary.
- When done, remove meat from pot and shred with
fork; place back in pot until hot.
- Serve on rolls.
